About the school

AFIT means Air Force Institute of Technology. It is also known as Nigeria Air Force University.

The school is approved by National University Commission (NUC) to offer aerospace and aeronautics engineering and related courses on undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

However, AFIT was established in 1977 as NAF Technical and Supply School (TSS). It is located in Kaduna State.


There are both Diploma and Degree courses in AFIT, and the school admits military and civilian students.
