About the school
Edo State Polytechnic is a state-owned tertiary located in Usen in Ovia South West LGA of Edo State. In 2017, the Polytechnic ranked as the second best polytechnic in Nigeria.
Edo State Poly Usen was established in 2002 by Dr. Lucky Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion when he was the governor of the State.
The institution was formerly known as Edo State Institute of Technology & Management. It was in 2019 that Governor Godwin Obaseki signed a bill into law that changed the institution’s name.
As a polytechnic, the institution awards OND and HND certificates to her graduates in the undergraduate level.

- Enter www.esitmusen.edu.ng
- Click on Applicants
- Select Admission Exercise – Full-time 2020/2021
- On the top left corner, click on Register for application
- Enter your details, choose username and password.
- Return to www.edopoly.waeup.org/applicants/ndft2020 and click on menu. Then, login with your details.
Note: You will pay an application fee of N2000.
