About the school

The Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa is a public polytechnic that was established in 1983 by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The institution is located in Nasarawa LGA, in Nasarawa State. It was founded with the aim of building a technologically-driven society.

As a polytechnic, the institution awards National Diploma and Higher National to her graduates. Presently, there are 6 academic faculties in the school, with 28 courses spread across them.
