The cut-off mark approved by JAMB for this Polytechnic is 120.

This means that you can only proceed to the next level of the admission process after UTME if you made a minimum of 120 in the UTME. On the other hand, if you fall behind this mark, you will not be admitted.

Nonetheless, there is still hope for you. You can buy JAMB change of in course/institution form and switch to a college of education, or to à private polytechnic.

If none of these fit your choice, then you can buy JAMB form again, to re-sit the test.

Departmental cut-off mark

Although having 120 in JAMB is enough to give you a chance, but if you fail to make the aggregate set for your course, you might not have a chance.

Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic is a state-owned tertiary institution located in Katsina State. It is however, the pioneer tertiary institution in the State.

The school was established in 1983, and it is approved by National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) to offer courses in National Diploma and Higher National Diploma categories.
