HOW TO APPLY FOR NDDC RECRUITMENT
The application is done online, follow these steps;
- Log on to the recruitment portal at https://nddc.gov.ng/skill/
- Choose your preferred skill from the list of available skills
- Upload the documents required and submit the application.
- Birth certificate
- A valid ID card, like your voter’s card or National Identity Number
- LGA and State certificates of origin
- All you academic certificates ranging from the First School Leaving Certificate to your degree certificate or HND, OND and NCE.
Among the application process is the aptitude test. This aptitude test is only for candidates who have made the shortlist.
To have more chance of being shortlisted, do make sure you meet all the requirements as stated in the official website.
SKILL ACQUISITION RECRUITMENT
It is either you want to take the opportunities offered by NDDC through jobs or getting trained at one or two skills. It is your choice to go for either of them.
The organization also aims at educating and impacting useful skills in the youths and unemployed people in the Niger Delta.
As this is aimed militating the social and political instability in the region, it also helps in human capital development of the region.

The NDDC stands for Niger Delta Development Commission. This commission was established in the year 2000 by Olusegun Obasanjo, with the sole aim or driving sustainable development in the Niger Delta regions of the country.
To achieve this, the agency is mandated to train and educate the youths of the oil rich zone, Niger Delta.
This will help militate against militancy in the region and also draw key infrastructures and sustainable development in the area.
In 2008, under the leadership of Late President Umar Musa Yar’Adua, a Ministry of Niger Delta was formed in order to supervise the activities of the Niger Delta.
