What is the JAMB Cut-off Mark for UNIOSUN?
The UTME cut-off aggregate of the University is set at 160.
However, it is worthy of note that there are certain departments in the school that require scores well above 160 before a candidate can be admitted.
Such departments are under the medical sciences and college of engineering.
It is also important you realize that even in these other departments, scoring 160 in your JAMB is not an automatic ticket to admission.
It only means that those who score up to this mark, you will be eligible to apply and sit for the School’s post-UTME.
The process is usually competitive, hence, we usually advise candidates to try and score up to 200 in order to stand a good chance of gaining admission.
If however, you do not make the cut-off mark, you can change the instituiton or course of study to a new institution whose requirements fits your score.
It’s either the above option, or you wait another year and write JAMB again . And for that, you might be needing some tips on passing JAMB.
